Job title

Warehouse Administrator (Scunthorpe)

Description and tasks

Role Purpose:

To prepare and process all administrative tasks for the warehouse department. This includes support with inbound / outbound shipments as well as internal processes.

Main duties and responsibilities:

Daily booking of incoming goods onto Bulten Warehouse System (Movex/M3)

Maintaining accurate and up-to-date stock records

To Support the Team Leaders with stock queries and investigations

Analyse picking lists to prepare transport labels and customer delivery documentation

Confirmation on departure of outbound shipments

Ensure ASN’s (Advance Shipping Notice) outgoing delivery notes are sent in a timely manner

Arranging / Booking of transport – coordinating invoices, as required

Collaborate with the Material Planning Team in the effective co-ordination of shipments

Maintenance of office inventory, ensuring stock cupboard is kept up to date, ordering stock as required/ requested.

General administrative tasks including filing, printing, ordering stationary and providing general support to the Leadership Team

Knowledge of and adherence to Work Instructions relevant to the roles

Knowledge of and adherence to ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and IATF 16949

Knowledge of and adherence to Bulten Group & Bulten Ltd Health and Safety Policy and procedures

Knowledge of and adherence to Bulten Ltd Environmental Policy

To assist as required with any other reasonable request in line with business needs or customer/client requirements

Candidate Profile

Essential;

·         MS Office – Intermediate Level

·         Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines

Desirable:

·         Business Administration qualification or equivalent

·         Previous warehouse administrative experience

Our Offer

Full time permanent position

Monday to Friday 40 hours per week (08:00 - 17:00)

Salary is £26,774.91 per year

3 month probationary period

25 days holiday (pro rata) plus bank holidays

8% company pension scheme contributions
