Job title

Finance Manager (Taipei)

Description and tasks

1.Responsible for full set of accounts and finance for manufactured company.
2.Prepare month end closing / quarter Forecast and annual Budget and submit report to headquarter accurately and timely.
3.Ensure periodic and occasional analysis reports are timely and accurately produced for local management and headquarter, including sales, cost and profitability analysis.
4.Highlight key business indicators, issues, and commentary from time to time to assist operations monitoring progress against forecast and budget. Help management team pinpoint the cause of unexpected business result.
5.Responsible for Credit control : monitor the credit information on customers from time to time, track cash collection and measure the achievement.
6.Responsible for Cash flow control : Monitor weekly and monthly cash flow forecast and analyze the variance with actual result.
7.Provide inventory analysis to assist on inventory management.
8.Responsible for internal auditor & external auditor requirement including VAT report, Audit report, Tax report and TP report.
9.Development of the finance team and assist to upgrade professional skills of staff.
10.Time to time to advise suggestion and analysis to management.
11.Good leadership skills and leadership behaviour.
12.Has to be fluent in English.

Working ability:

Financial and business analysis

Finances and Risk Management

Financial statement production

Domestic fiscal and tax regulations

Review annual budget

Analyse management accounting information

Financial Statement Analysis

Checkout and accounting processing

Accounting or auditing expertise

 

Other conditions:

1. Familiar with SAP or M3 system is preferred.

2. Relevant manufacturing experience is preferred.

3. Experience in an accounting firm is preferred.
