Sales Engineer (Exim & MFR Enterprise)

Description and tasks

Exim based in Singapore, is a leading distributor of a diverse range of fasteners, electronic hardware, sleevings/tubings, and electro-mechanical parts. Upholding the highest standards, we have achieved Quality Certification in an impressive array of ISO standards.

In light of the exponential growth of our Sales team, we are actively seeking qualified individuals to join our dynamic team in the role of:

•Address customer inquiries and resolve outstanding issues promptly.
• Provide comprehensive sales support to existing customers, fostering account development and actively seek new customers to expand our business footprint.
• Collaborate with the sales team to formulate effective strategies for achieving and surpassing sales targets.
• Execute daily sales activities, including follow-up on quote and sample submission status, encompassing price negotiation.
• Offer guidance and support to the sales coordinator in managing customer orders.
• To address any quality concerns promptly and collaborate closely with the Quality Control(QC) department to ensure timely provision of necessary documentation to meet customer needs.
• Undertake additional tasks as assigned by the Company from time to time.

Candidate Profile

As an Outdoor Sales Representative, you will be responsible for prospecting, developing, and nurturing relationships with potential clients in designated geographic territories. You will actively engage in face-to-face meetings, networking events and client visits to promote our products or services and drive revenue growth. Your role will involve understanding customer needs, conducting product demonstrations, and negotiating contracts to secure new business opportunities. This role demands a blend of robust technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a results-driven mindset.
