Quality Manager (Taipei)

Description and tasks

1. Responsible for the establishment of the company's quality control system and tracking and handling of various quality problems that arise.

2. Improve product reliability, reliability, and quality, thereby comprehensively improving product quality.

3. Responsible for the implementation of the ISO system, supplier IQC management, and product IPQC and OQC management.

4. Promote and implement the QA management system and plan education and training related to the quality system.

5. Lead internal audit activities and external certification, supervise and manage the effectiveness of TQM implementation.

6. Responsible for the formulation of product inspection plans, as well as the testing and verification of product functions.

7. Analyse the quality specifications of competitive products to improve quality and reduce quality cost losses.

8. Introduce new products and handle process quality control issues.

9. Responsible for the establishment and maintenance of the document management and the planning of customer service quality assurance procedures.

10. Responsible for the leadership of IATF16949_ISO9001, ISO14001 management system and annual audit.

11.Good leadership skills and leadership behaviour.

12.Has to be fluent in English.

Candidate Profile

Work experience:10 years

 

Working ability:

1. Plan and implement quality management system.

2. Handling and resolving customer complaints.

3. New supplier audit.

4. Develop new product inspection procedures and standards.

 

Other conditions:

1. Applicants with relevant manufacturing experience are preferred.

2. Applicants with experience in the metal parts products industry are preferred.
