The Customer Service Specialist will focus on creating an open communication standard, with accuracy within the ERP systems, communication with customers and within the company, commitment to meeting customer expectations and building/supporting functional area team.
- Coordinate customer orders, RFQ’S, entry into ERP (M3) system.
- Review EDI schedules and ensure timely delivery to customers.
- Provide quotes, pricing, and delivery information to existing and potential customers.
- Interface with logistic, purchasing and suppliers (mainly internal manufacturing plants in global Europe/Asia) to ensure on-time delivery.
- Analyzes supply vs customer demand report weekly to determine global production capacity.
- Create and maintain customer specific work instructions.
- Master Data Maintenance.
- Other duties as assigned.
Shall adhere to all safety, health and environmental procedures, policies and practices such as; utilizing personal protective equipment and proper attire in keeping with safety standards. Comply with all ISO/IATF 16949 and ISO-45001 procedures and work instructions.
3-5 years’ experience in Customer Service or Similar Role required
1-3 years’ experience in Automotive Industry or other Manufacturing Industry required
ERP System knowledge a plus
