Exim based in Singapore, a Customer Service Executive has many duties and responsibilities. Although specific positions will dictate a Customer Service Executive’s undertakings, there are several primary responsibilities common to this occupation. Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with various departments to streamline order processing and handle administrative tasks efficiently.
• Monitor inventory levels including stock held at VMI (Vendor Managed Inventory) customer hub and process all orders meticulously, ensuring accuracy and promptness in execution.
• Maintain accurate records of sales transactions and customer interactions in the ERP system.
• Prioritize customer satisfaction by promptly managing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring order fulfilment including documentation meets or exceeds expectations in a professional manner.
• Other duties as assigned
Reporting to Customer Service Team Lead, this role needs to provide a high level of satisfaction to the customer. This role ensures all the Purchase Orders received are executed accurately and promptly acknowledged within the customer’s expectation. Delivery and shipment are arranged according to the customer’s request.
