Warehouse Operative - Wilkowice (Poland)

Description and tasks

Role Purpose:

The starting point for your work is to ensure a high level of work in the warehouse. You are obliged to know and comply with the standards, procedures and instructions applicable to your position at Bulten Ltd. 

You are required to work professionally to achieve the set goals and improvements that create added value for the company.

Your role is part of the sales continuity process, which is essential to achieving your company's goals.

In the event of a longer absence, the replacement is taken over by a designated person from the department.

Reporting in accordance with the requirements of Bulten Ltd.

Main duties and Responsibilities:

Compliance with health and safety rules at the workplace.

Preparing receipts/shipments of goods in accordance with the applicable instructions.

Collaborate with other warehouse employees.

Cooperation with other departments (quality control, production).

Active participation in initiating and implementing improvements in the warehouse area.

Compliance with and proper compliance with the company's standards, procedures, instructions and legal regulations

Reporting directly to the warehouse leader

Candidate Profile

Desirable Experience:

·         Vocational education

·         Basic computer skills

·         Ability to work in a group

·         Experience in working in logistics is welcome
