In light of the rapid expansion of our Indian  operations, we are currently seeking qualified candidates to fill the positions of:

 

Regional Sales Engineer

 

Position Overview:

 As a Regional Sales Engineer, you will play an important role in driving the sales process by combining technical expertise with sales acumen. You will be responsible for understanding our customers' needs, providing technical support, and presenting solutions to meet their unique requirements. This role requires a combination of strong technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a results-driven mindset.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Conduct Company presentations and product demonstrations to potential customers.
  • Attend to customers’ inquiries and address outstanding issues.
  • Provide sales support to existing customers to further develop account potential and find new customers to secure new business.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective strategies for meeting sales targets.
  • Execute the entire sales cycle starting from prospecting to company and product presentation, replying to RFQs, quote submission, Technical support, Sample approval, Supply of parts and after sales support.
  • Offer support and guidance to the sales coordinator when managing customer orders.
  • Participate in monthly sales meetings to share and update management on market information and trends.
  • Assist in preparing and participating in trade shows in the assigned territory.
  • Undertake other tasks assigned by the Company from time to time.

 Job Requirements:

  •  Minimum Degree, in Mechanical / Electrical / Mechatronics Engineering  or equivalent
  • Proven experience in technical sales or a similar role.
  • At least two to three  years of working experience in a similar job nature and industry.
  • Self-motivated, result-oriented, excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
  • Proficient in MS Office.

Candidate Profile

As an Outdoor Sales Representative, you will be responsible for prospecting, developing, and nurturing relationships with potential clients in designated geographic territories. You will actively engage in face-to-face meetings, networking events and client visits to promote our products or services and drive revenue growth. Your role will involve understanding customer needs, conducting product demonstrations, and negotiating contracts to secure new business opportunities. This role demands a blend of robust technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a results-driven mindset.
