At the end of August, Bulten completed the acquisition of Exim (Exim & Mfr Holdings Pte Ltd), a Singapore-based distributor of fasteners and other C parts. Exim established in 1982 in Singapore, Exim & Mfr Enterprise provides quality-assured fasteners, electro-mechanical components, sleevings / tubings, wires, wiring management accessories and C-parts to multinational manufacturers and equipment makers across diversified industries.

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct compelling company presentations and product demonstrations for potential customers.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve outstanding issues promptly.
• Provide comprehensive sales support to existing customers, fostering account development and actively seek new customers to expand our business footprint.
• Collaborate with the sales team to formulate effective strategies for achieving and surpassing sales targets.
• Execute daily sales activities, including follow-up on quote and sample submission status, encompassing price negotiation and service recovery. In rare instances of quality issues, liaise with the QC Department for resolution.
• Offer guidance and support to the sales coordinator in managing customer orders.
• Participate in monthly sales meetings, sharing valuable market insights and trends with management.
• Assist in preparing and participating in trade shows within the assigned territory.
• Undertake additional tasks as assigned by the Company from time to time.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or an equivalent qualification.
• Proven experience in technical sales or a similar role.
• A minimum of one year of relevant work experience in a similar industry.
• Self-motivated, result-oriented, with excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Willingness to travel as required.
• Proficient in MS Office.
