Summary

1. Lead and direct operations of the QA Department.
2. Implement and manage the company certification audits, sustainability compliance and customer audits and requirements.

Responsibilities: -

• Lead and provide support to the Quality Engineers in the operations of the QA functions.
• Implement and manage the company’s certificated quality and management systems.
• Manage customer audits as and when required.
• Perform supplier quality system audit when necessary
• Perform monthly QA performance report
• Lead quality initiatives and promote quality culture across the organization via data driven metrics
• Investigate customer complaints and develop effective action plans to prevent recurrence.
• Chair quality management review and manage internal and external audits.
• Escalate and manage any significant events such as safety, quality, regulatory or any compliance issues.
• Other duties as assigned.

Pre-requisites:

1. Degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Electromechanical Engineering.
2. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in similar capacity.
3. Knowledge in Quality Management Standards with internal auditing experience.
4. Able to handle customers' complaints and supplier quality issues.
5. Knowledge of QA Tools, Statistical Quality Control Techniques.
6. Good leadership and communication skill.
7. Possess positive working attitude with initiative.
8. Able to work independently and work under pressure.
9. Strong decision making and problem solving skills.
