A planner and purchaser role combines demand forecasting, inventory management, and vendor negotiation to ensure the right products are available at the right time and cost. They optimize inventory levels, manage supplier relationships, and align purchasing with sales demand, ultimately driving supply chain efficiency and profitability.

• Manage inventory using Inventory Management tool (MRP) to maintain optimal stock levels
• Ensure timely replenishment to meet customer delivery requirements
  Raise and manage purchase orders accurately and on time
• Monitor and optimize inventory, reducing excess and slow-moving stock
• Collaborate with Sales and Customer Service to support product launches and transitions
• Coordinate with local and international suppliers to ensure timely delivery and resolve issues
• Support cost-saving initiatives, maintain accurate system data, and assist with ad hoc tasks

• Minimum Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in material planning, purchasing, or inventory control
• Basic understanding of MRP/ERP systems and supply chain processes
• Good negotiation and communication skills 
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and forecasts
• Able to work independently and coordinate with cross-functional teams
• Detail-oriented with good time management in a fast-paced environment
