• Support Bulten Hallstahammar in the journey towards Operational Excellence, i.e. the continuous and consistent journey to eliminate losses in all processes through active participation of all employees of the Organisation
• Creating a culture of continuous improvement through: coaching, training and improvement activities
• Analysis and mapping of existing processes to identify problems and wastes
• Having the role as ‘BPS Process expert’ with the responsibility to keep the various BPS processes fully documented and up to date in our Management System, and as well developing training material as needed
• Run improvement projects
• Collaborating with all departments to define and implement projects, streamline processes, increase efficiency and reduce costs
• Development of standards for Lean - Bulten Production System (BPS 2.0)
• Control and monitoring of the effects of improvement activities

• Experience in a similar position in a production company
• Training and knowledge of tools related to continuous improvement (VSM, 5S, SMED, TPM, Kanban, ISHIKAWA, 5w, Kaizen, OEE, TQM and similar)
• Experience from working on the shop floor within the screw/fastener manufacturing industry
• Operational leadership experience the manufacturing industry
• Hands-on experience of using modern tools and techniques to improve manufacturing efficiency
• Ability to coach and educate other colleagues
• Ability to objectively evaluate how the site programs are managed (auditing knowledge)
• Co-operates well with others, shares knowledge, experience and information, supports others in pursuit of team goals.
• Works autonomously; shows initiative and takes on responsibility; trusts in own abilities.
• Is open minded, flexible and inquiring, likes to have an independent position and gives new approaches a try instead of adhering to conventional approaches.
• English: good in all relevant situations, written and spoken.
