The position holder takes care of the daily HR tasks in terms of administration and campaigns as assigned. The position holder is the subject matter expert for the group’s global HR software and ensure the software is supporting the HR processes up to agreed standards. This means acting as subject matter expert supporting the HR community, and as project leader when the software is to be developed further including managing change/the implementation and training of users. The role is also acting as process manager and management system coordinator in regards to Bulten's people processes.

The role is located in the HQ in Gothenburg, Sweden, and entails a broad range of relationships both in Sweden and internationally. The position holder reports to SVP HR & Sustainability.

HR coordinator tasks:

· Supporting SVP HR & Sustainability and the HR manager SE/Global comp. & Ben. with monthly/quarterly/annual processes and reporting e.g. assist in implementation of strategic compensation and benefit programs, recruitment and onboarding, H&S administration

· Assist with the hiring process as well as the on-boarding processes to the entities in Gothenburg, including job descriptions, posting job ads, scheduling interviews, assessments, administration of candidates in the HR software etc.

      o Preferably assisting in some parts of the recruitment process as e.g. research and interviews

· Coordination of courses, admin of newly hires and trainings

· Manage administration/coordination of defined projects and campaigns, e.g. Global Employee Engagement Surveys, training projects, Employer fairs, Job descriptions etc.

· Acting as process manager for assigned global and local people processes; Lead efficiency programs, implement changes, etc. Administer the process work in the management system

 

HRIS-specialist tasks:

· Coordinates and conducts maintenance, troubleshooting, resolving issues and design of Bulten’s global HRIS and other human resources computer applications and systems as assigned.

o Analysis of and reporting the need for system enhancement or customization

o Process and maintain periodic reports of employee record data, develop reports.

o Trains and provides troubleshooting tips to other HR members on features and functionality of HRIS systems and applications as needed. Works with payroll to coordinate retrieval and reporting functions.

o Support the implementation/maintenance of various modules within organization.

o Take the lead as a project manager to implement changes (i.e. on-boarding and exits, org charts, employment changes, recruitment, etc.).

· Other duties as assigned

Profil

· Preferably e.g. Bachelor in Human resources or similar with working experience in HR

· Experience from HR administrative work, effective and high standard international HR processes, tools and processes

· Preferably experience from recruitment, learning and development and similar

· Experience from working in/administrating a global HR system, preferably in the role as HRIS subject matter expert

· Detail-oriented and organized, Excellent analytical, problem solving, and time-management skills

· Good communication and customer service skills
